TAIPEI — February 24 2026 — Ubiqconn Technology (stock code: 6928) announced unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$237 million for January, representing month-on-month increase of 105% and demonstrating clear rebound in operating momentum. Compared with same period last year, revenue remained broadly stable, with approximately 10% growth. Overall performance reflected gradual normalization of shipment schedules in key markets, alongside growing contributions from higher value-added business lines.
In terms of revenue composition, maritime segment remained company's primary revenue driver, with revenue increasing more than twofold from previous month. While slightly below same period last year, performance remained solid. Satellite communications segment maintained stable performance, continuing to contribute to company's higher value-added business. Smart mobility segment remained steady, roughly in line with prior year. U.S.-based operations have also gradually begun to contribute, supporting overall business momentum. Overall, revenue growth was primarily driven by maritime segment and high value-added business, with product structure gradually shifting toward higher-growth and higher value-added markets.
By region, Europe delivered strongest performance, accounting for approximately 60% of January revenue, with month-on-month growth more than doubling and year-on-year increase of 37%, reflecting continued effectiveness of company's European expansion. Americas (including United States) benefited from increased shipments, with month-on-month growth exceeding 10%. Asia (including Taiwan) remained stable compared with prior year, representing about 10% of total revenue. Other markets experienced month-on-month growth exceeding 100%, with revenue share slightly increasing to 7%. Overall, global revenue distribution was led by Europe, while other regions remained diversified and stable.
Ubiqconn Technology continues to deepen expertise in maritime communications and satellite applications, with accumulated technical capabilities supporting steady development of new business. Unmanned Vehicle Ground Control Stations (GCS) have entered shipment phase, while Edge AI computing and visual recognition applications are gradually being deployed, positioning company products toward higher-margin application markets.
